Mary began her escrow career in 2005 and was promoted from assistant to officer on the strength of her attention to detail and work ethic. She has held challenging positions at reputable Los Angeles escrow companies, including running resale and refinance departments.

Nancy entered the escrow world in the 1980s and has worked in the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County ever since. She has a keen ability to prioritize tasks, focusing on what truly matters and eliminating distractions.

Eileen’s escrow career began in the late 1980s and she worked as an Escrow Officer in the early 1990s. A self-starter and expert at time management, she breaks complex tasks into manageable steps and tackles them systematically.

Brynne brings 39 years of escrow operations experience to every transaction, starting in Los Angeles County in 1985 and becoming an Escrow Officer by 1987. Her expertise spans resale, refinance, new home tracts, commercial, probate, relocation, short sale, REO and tax-deferred exchange escrows. She is a member of the American Escrow Association, Escrow Institute of California, California Escrow Association and Ventura County Escrow Association.
