Chereen brings more than 30 years of experience to residential, commercial and refinance transactions, working extensively with both conforming and non-conforming lenders. A Los Angeles native, she is known for attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to smooth closings.

Claudia began in escrow in 2005 in Las Vegas after working in financial loan services, and was promoted from assistant to officer on the strength of her attention to detail. After 2008 she returned to Los Angeles and ran resale and refinance departments at some of the area’s most reputable escrow companies.

Gaby found her passion for escrow at nineteen, working as a receptionist at a Los Angeles real estate office. Her attention to detail and work ethic took her from assistant to Senior Escrow Officer, and she has been a critical component of Wonderland’s growth ever since.

With over 19 years of escrow and real estate experience, Hasmik has managed hundreds of files monthly, drafted and reviewed legal documents, and guided transactions from opening to closing. As a former Branch Manager she trained and led escrow teams, creating systems that improved efficiency and client service.

Jai is committed to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible through clear communication and attention to detail. Fluent in both Korean and English, she proudly serves a diverse clientele and provides personalized guidance to members of the Korean community throughout the escrow process.

Jennifer started her longstanding escrow career in Orange County with a large national brokerage, then managed Lawyer’s Title in Henderson, Nevada through the boom years. Back in California she built a seamless process for 30+ daily escrow openings and later oversaw a Fannie Mae REO desk, working closely with banks. Today she serves Wonderland Escrow and its high-profile clients.

Anita has worked in the industry since 2017, sharpening her expertise alongside a high-volume, fast-paced escrow officer where she was instrumental in closing upwards of 30 files per month.

Cynthia has been part of the escrow community since 2012. She is committed to delivering consistent, professional service, believing that exceptional service gives each client a smoother and more personalized experience.

Dana started her escrow career at 21 with Encore Escrow, honing her skills as a Junior Escrow Assistant. She supports Claudia Bonilla at Wonderland Escrow Los Angeles.

Maria began as a receptionist in the San Fernando Valley and moved into escrow, becoming a Fannie Mae REO Escrow Officer through the 2008 crash. She and Jennifer Wheaton ran a Fannie Mae REO desk together, closing up to 40 files a month.

Megan brings 14 years of real estate experience from a top San Fernando Valley office. Working directly with Jennifer Wheaton, she prides herself on her work ethic, leadership and customer-service-first mindset.
