Shannon began in the Santa Clarita Valley and moved from receptionist to Escrow Officer to Escrow Manager. She draws on deep experience in residential, refinances, REOs and short sales, and is known for an empathetic approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Andrea has been part of the Santa Clarita Valley since 1987 and the escrow world since 2002. She earned her Certified Escrow Technician designation in 2005 and was elected President of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association in 2016. Her steady approach makes her a reliable hand in high-pressure transactions.

Brenda has served escrow clients for more than 25 years, advancing from opening and closing departments to Escrow Assistant, Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. Her experience spans residential sales, refinances, REOs, short sales, 1031 exchanges and investment transactions.

Lynda started her escrow career in 1983 and has built extensive expertise across Residential Resale, Refinance, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, Commercial and Investment transactions. She opened the first Santa Clarita branch office for Glen Oaks Escrow in December 2004 and continues to serve the community she has lived in and raised her family in.

Rachael began her career as an escrow assistant and advanced to escrow officer through professionalism and outstanding client service. A longtime Santa Clarita resident, she is a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

With over 25 years of experience, Shawna specializes in Residential, REO and Short Sale transactions. She approaches every file with the mindset of a detective, and her colleagues call her the Cheerleader for good reason.

Celebrating 20 years in escrow, Jessica specializes in balancing files, preparing loan documents and funding loans, and has led paperless file management and fraud prevention improvements for her team.

Alexis organizes critical details, prepares escrow packages, clears files, coordinates loan signings, manages payoffs and finalizes recordings — bringing clarity and seamless execution to every step.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Alicia began in 1996 under Lynda Overton’s mentorship. Her expertise spans opening, processing, managing and closing, and she now specializes in managing escrow status and processing.

A notary public with deep industry expertise, Joann has handled nearly every type of transaction. She has worked alongside Shannon Gutierrez for twelve years, and is known for a calm approach under pressure.

Leslie began her escrow career in 1986 and first worked with Lynda Overton in 1993. Skilled in every aspect of escrow, she now focuses on processing, using problem-solving and attention to detail to keep transactions smooth.

With 32 years in escrow, Trisha began in 1992 and has managed escrows from start to finish. She joined Wonderland in 2019 and excels at her favourite part of the process: closing escrows with precision.
